The Lineup
Raspberry Lychee Rose Croissant
Our butter Kaya croissant filled with a tart raspberry rose jam, and a subtlely refreshing lychee cream. Truly a magical combination that's hard to beat
Viet Coffee Blackout Brownie
An intensely dark chocolate brownie with an equally intense Vietnamese coffee cream balanced out with a sweet condensed milk drizzle
Triple Creme Basque Slice
Everything you never knew you wanted from a cheesecake. Each bite reveals a symphony of texture and flavor: a deeply caramelized crust, and a velvety, fudge-like center. Mild like fresh cream yet complex and balanced like a fine cheese. It melts in your mouth, leaving a light and airy sensation. As the days go by, the cheesecake evolves, becoming richer and nuttier. Pair it with a glass of sparkling wine for a refreshing balance, white wine to enhance the nutty notes, or a bright citrus jam to elevate the earthy undertones. Serves 1 - 2.
Black Sesame Red Miso Croissant
The complement to Tong Sui's Black Sesame Coconut Pudding. This croissant packs a quadruple hit of nutty and roasted flavors without any of the nuts. It's balanced by the butteriness of the croissant and the savory red miso caramel drizzled on top. It's filled with a cream infused with premium black sesame from the Japanese Pantry in SF. Sprinkled with nutty roasted soy powder and topped with a Biscoff biscuit for its brown sugar taste.
Strawberry Jasmine Preserves (Petit)
Macerated strawberries lightly simmered to draw out sweetness while maintaining their integrity. Accented with the floral scent of Jasmine flower. 2oz jar (may not match photo).
Mango Sago Croissant
Tropical paradise in a croissant. Creamy mango sago custard with a light coconut base and filled with small, chewy sago pearls. Topped with chewy dried mango and mint. Whether you're indulging in a morning treat or an afternoon snack, this croissant bun will take you on a delicious journey to the sunny beaches of Southeast Asia.

Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions about how to order? Read the most frequently asked questions below. If you don’t see your answer here, please send us an email or DM us on Instagram.
Can I eat the croissants without reheating?
No. Due to the way our popups work, our croissants may lose their delicate crisp before pickup. To bring them back to life, just follow the instructions inside the box for toasting them. Trust us, they'll be 1000 times better.
Can I order in-person at the popup?
Sometimes, we are a small bakery and have limited capacity. We will try out best to bring pastries for walk-ins at popups, but they sell out quickly. Please check our Instagram to confirm.
What happens when it's sold out?
Once our box sells out, you may sign up for our waitlist to order our next pastry set online. We have extremely limited walk-ins because we are a small bakery and have limited capacity.
Ingredients
Our products contain real dairy, wheat, soy, sesame, fruit, and cooked egg products. We don't directly use nuts or peanuts, but cook in a shared kitchen that may contain common allergens.
Our Quality Guarantee
We stand by our pastries, but no one is perfect. If you ever have any questions or concerns, please fill out our super short survey and we will address your concerns.
Can I buy individual items a-la-carte?
Unfortunately not, we want to serve you as quick as possible and avoid mixups. In the future, we may introduce a-la-carte though so stay tuned!
As Asian Americans, we grew up in a mishmash of cultures. This is the era of cultural mixology
That's why we started Kaya - to create a world where there are no borders. In the last 3 years, we've served thousands of pastries and have ambitious plans to grow Kaya into not just a business, but a community that supports each other and the planet. We'd love for you to take part in our journey.
