How to Enjoy
Our pastries are baked fresh, but need to be refrigerated because we use real dairy. We strongly recommend heating your pastries before eating. They can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 weeks.
Strawberry Jasmine Preserves
Macerated strawberries lightly simmered to draw out sweetness while maintaining their integrity. Accented with the floral scent of Jasmine flower.
Instructions
Consume within 7 days. Enjoy with Basque, ice cream, or yogurt.

Black Sesame Red Miso Croissant
The complement to Tong Sui's Black Sesame Coconut Pudding. This croissant packs a quadruple hit of nutty and roasted flavors without any of the nuts. It's balanced by the butteriness of the croissant and the savory red miso caramel drizzled on top. It's filled with a cream infused with premium black sesame from the Japanese Pantry in SF. Sprinkled with nutty roasted soy powder and topped with a Biscoff biscuit for its brown sugar taste.
