How to Enjoy

Our pastries are baked fresh, but need to be refrigerated because we use real dairy. We strongly recommend heating your pastries before eating. They can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 weeks.

The complement to Tong Sui's Black Sesame Coconut Pudding. This croissant packs a quadruple hit of nutty and roasted flavors without any of the nuts. It's balanced by the butteriness of the croissant and the savory red miso caramel drizzled on top. It's filled with a cream infused with premium black sesame from the Japanese Pantry in SF.
